We received our order of 5 ducks and 20 baby chicks Friday March 6th! Gage was so excited to get in the tank and play with them once we put them in their new home.
Saturday morning though when I went out we had a dead duck. So far as of today though that was the only one that died. They are really cute but man do they make a mess fast! I clean their pen in the evening and rake up the wood chips to make it fluffy again everday. Then I feed and water them morning and night.
We almost have 1 week down and 5 more weeks to go before they can be moved outside of my garage. I'll try to keep taking pictures as they grow.
